Due to the nature of legal services, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered, either partially or fully. This includes but is not limited to:

• Document drafting or review

• Legal opinions

• Filing or compliance services

We dedicate significant time and resources to each client matter, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances once our services have been availed.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a service before the service is initiated or work has commenced. In such cases, we will review your cancellation request and confirm via email whether cancellation is possible.

If the service has not yet been started, you may cancel at any time by emailing us at info@athenalegalsolutionllp.in. No charges will be incurred for cancellations made before work has commenced.

Please note: Once any portion of the service has been initiated, cancellation will not entitle you to a refund.

3. Exceptions

We do not entertain refund requests under the following conditions:

• Delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

• Change of mind after placing the service request.

• Inability to meet specific client expectations not explicitly agreed upon in writing before the service began.
